- Counterparty financial assessments and advisory – direct experience in the analysis and interpretation of financial reports and information with an emphasis on exploring and validating financial capacity of parties to deliver on contractual arrangements including recent major infrastructure projects. Providing specialist advice and assistance to government and corporate clients in relation to counterparty exposure and risk.
- Working effectively within multi-disciplinary project teams - primarily working as part of financial / commercial advisory teams. For a successful outcome, it is imperative that we work closely with other consultants, including legal and the technical and cost consultants to ensure successful delivery of engagements.
- Trusted financial and corporate adviser – extensive experience in advising stakeholders in advisory and monitoring engagements, commercial negotiations, stakeholder management, restructuring advice and delivering strategies for recapitalisation and refinancing.
- Insolvency administrations - in-depth experience in large insolvency administrations, trade-on, asset and sale of business programs, investigations, and solvency analysis. Recent experience includes VA of a Real Estate business with c3,400 properties under management, including a successful recapitalisation via a DOCA.
