Morgan is a Partner in our Sydney Strategy and Transactions Practice. He has 30 years’ experience in corporate restructuring and turnaround across Australia and throughout Asia in advisory, workout and insolvency across various industries. These engagements include formal role appointments, expert reports and informal advisory roles. Morgan has worked in a broad range of industries including financial services, tourism and hospitality, mining and mining services, transport and logistics, real estate and construction businesses and the biotech and healthcare sector.

Robyn brings almost 40 years of experience in corporate restructuring and insolvency across a wide range of industries including complex corporate investigations, investigating accountant roles, expert witness roles, asset tracing, trade-on monitoring and business rationalization / realisation.

Robyn has a strong technical background and a passion for learning and development and uses those skills to support the ongoing development of the national TRS team.

Justin has led major corporate insolvencies across numerous industries in the United Kingdom, Australia, Bermuda and Indonesia. This hands-on experience of managing complex businesses in times of extreme distress gives Justin the ability to quickly assess complex financial situations and develop appropriate funding programs. Justin is a leading advisor to debt financiers and governments.  He is regularly called upon to undertake urgent financial reviews of complex organisations with aview to determining funding requirements and restructuring plans.

David is Sydney-based and is currently helping clients who have been impacted by a combination of an increased cost base, increased cost of capital and top-line pressure. David was in EY’s London Financial Restructuring team between 2018 and 2020 during “Brexit” where he was involved in supporting borrowers and their financial stakeholders through some of the largest restructurings in the region, many of which were triggered by the economic impact of the UK’s exit from Europe.

Sam believes early engagement is critical to maximising value for all stakeholders and increasing the restructuring options available. He brings together the diversity of experiences of EY to quickly connect sector and technical experts and deliver high impact, urgent, value preserving change in stressful situations.

Colby O’Brien is a Partner in our Strategy and Transactions Practice and specialises in our Turnaround & Restructuring Strategy practice. Located in Canberra, Colby has developed a diverse skill set having advised corporates clients, financiers and Government in relation to stressed and distressed assets and businesses across Australia and New Zealand.

Andrew is a Director in the Turnaround & Restructuring Strategy division of EY’s Strategy and Transactions Practice. Andrew is based in Brisbane, Australia.

Clare has over seventeen years’ experience within corporate advisory and restructuring across Australia, bringing experience in both the public and private sectors across a number of industries.

Clare is passionate about increasing female participation and diversity in our industry and delivering outstanding results for our clients.

Specialising in Corporate Turnaround and Restructuring, Stewart has extensive experience in Construction and Engineering, Agribusiness, Retail, Hospitality and Financial Services, and he has undertaken engagements in Australia, the United Kingdom, Europe, South America and Asia. Stewart is highly experienced in dealing with boards, management and key financial stakeholders of businesses requiring restructuring and his balanced and collegiate style allows calm-headed decisions to be made in highly stressful situations.
