Morgan Kelly

Morgan is a Partner in our Sydney Strategy and Transactions Practice. He has 30 years’ experience in corporate restructuring and turnaround across Australia and throughout Asia in advisory, workout and insolvency across various industries. These engagements include formal role appointments, expert reports and informal advisory roles. Morgan has worked in a broad range of industries including financial services, tourism and hospitality, mining and mining services, transport and logistics, real estate and construction businesses and the biotech and healthcare sector.

Robyn Duggan

Robyn brings almost 40 years of experience in corporate restructuring and insolvency across a wide range of industries including complex corporate investigations, investigating accountant roles, expert witness roles, asset tracing, trade-on monitoring and business rationalization / realisation.

Robyn has a strong technical background and a passion for learning and development and uses those skills to support the ongoing development of the national TRS team.

Martie Tziotis

Martie has over 14 years’ experience in insolvency and restructuring across a wide range of industries including complex formal appointments, investigations and informal advisory roles. Martie has worked on significant matters in mining services, hospitality, construction, real estate, retail, transport and manufacturing services which allows her to draw on her diversity of experience to find solutions for clients in challenging environments.

Michael Lawless

Michael has over 12 years’ experience in Turnaround and Restructuring Strategy and specialises in formal insolvency appointments, including Voluntary Administrations, Liquidations and Deeds of Company Arrangement. Michael has been involved in formal engagements across a wide variety of industries, including mining, construction, engineering, retail, aged care and financial services. Michael has also been involved in a number of financial capacity assessments for Government clients and Safe Harbour advisory roles across a variety of industries.

David Kennedy

David is Sydney-based and is currently helping clients who have been impacted by a combination of an increased cost base, increased cost of capital and top-line pressure. David was in EY’s London Financial Restructuring team between 2018 and 2020 during “Brexit” where he was involved in supporting borrowers and their financial stakeholders through some of the largest restructurings in the region, many of which were triggered by the economic impact of the UK’s exit from Europe.
